Is the NBA Lockout going to end soon?

It is looking as thought we are not going to have an NBA season this year with players like Kobe Bryant and Lebron James Planning on going to Euope to play basketball. Will they be able to comeback half way through the season if the sign a contract with these overseas teams?
As the lock out starts its 4th month it seems like the NBA commisoner is not trying to negotate and stands firm to his believes that players and NBA are getting paid to much and teams are going over there salary cap7

Some players have negated to take 40-60% of there salary just maintain the Status Quo but that doesnt change the commissioner mind that the NBA is becoming a place where all the good players are stacked on 1 team while the mediocre players get stuck with the below average players .
Altogether NBA and the players associaton needs to figure out a deal because owners and dedicated fans(like me) are not getting full season tickets worth
